Sous Chef

Voted as OpenTables TOP 100 RESTAURANTS IN THE UK 2023. We are a family-owned traditional village pub, perfectly situated between Swindon & the edge of the Cotswolds. Attracting customers from far and wide for our award-winning dishes. We serve a variety of dishes from top quality fillet steaks, exotic meats, and traditional English dishes all homemade and prepared to the highest standards. Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a busy fast paced kitchen. A passion for high quality dishes, made from scratch, under the guidance of our award-winning head chef. You will be responsible for your own section, in our newly extended and refurbished modern kitchen. You will be expected to have good knife skills, enthusiasm, and a passion for the job. With the ability to step up and run the kitchen in the absence of the head chef. Additional training is available. Additional perks: 2 full days off, set rotas each week, plus guaranteed 4 days off over Christmas. Guaranteed monthly bonus in addition to salary.

Own transport will be required, due to our location.

Qualifications required: Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate. References will be required.

Salary from: £30,000 per year plus bonuses.
